Applied instantlyThese are the settings calendars hide until they surprise you: when a day starts, what zone to read it in, what to remind you, and which meetings come back on their own. Every change below lands in the same store the surfaces read — nothing needs saving, because nothing is separate from the thing it shapes.
Working hours
The week grid shades everything outside these hours, and the agenda's day list follows the working week.
Timezone
Events are stored in the team's home zone (London). A booking made in Singapore stays the same 30 minutes no matter who reads it.
Reminder default
Per-event reminders are set where events are made; this is the default they start from.
