The three questions that actually get asked
- What happens when a seat is added mid-month?
- The new seat is prorated to the day and appears on the next invoice. Removing a seat credits the unused days the same way.
- Is the trial actually free?
- No card is asked for. On day 15 the workspace drops to Starter and stays readable — nothing is deleted, and nothing is charged.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Annual Team and any Scale plan can be invoiced with net-30 terms. Monthly plans are card only, which keeps the price where it is.
